- Rates do not include tax and are for single or double occupancy only, additional guests can be accommodated at a higher rate.
- As noted in the link to the Courtyard King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel, MARC attendees will not be charged the $22/day fee.
- The deadline to reserve a hotel room at the MARC Conference rates is January 30, 2025.

Conference registration
The MARC Conference is an American Nuclear Society conference. Conference fees will be charged to offset the cost of running this conference and online registration will start October 10, 2024. If you would like to be added to the mailing list, please contact the Program Chair, Sam Glover.

A registration fee will be charged to all attendees to help defray the costs of the conference. The fee will include all official conference functions and a copy of the program at the conference. The detailed conference and functions schedule will be included in the preliminary program which will be available in February 2025. Participants are urged to pre-register, if possible, at the more favorable pre-registration rates. The pre-registration deadline will be January 20, 2025. All registration will be done thru Danielle Roybal, Conference Administrator. Anyone planning to register onsite, including guests attending any MARC function, must notify the Conference Secretary by Thursday, February 20, 2025. All registration after February 20, 2025 will be done on-site and additional information will be provided.
